AZSA DEVELOPMENT

CivilPro has been engaged by AZSA Ltd to carry out the design of a multi-level building in Agios Nikolaos area. The development consists of 10 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and 1 penthouse with spacious roof terraces. The project is comprised of a 6 storey building supported on a RC raft foundation. The structural form includes reinforced concrete frame and stability core. CivilPro has played a key role in driving efficiency of the building frame. Significant effort and close coordination between the Architect and Development team has removed excessive construction cost by using suitable column grid.
