E. VILLA

E. Villa is another major project at Ayios Tychonas area delivered by CivilPro which demonstrates our commitment to close engagement with the client and a clear understanding of their requirements. The building structure utilizes 5 storey reinforced concrete flat slabs (with inverted beams) floor structures with long cantilever slabs of 5m to the south elevation. The substantial South and East elevation cantilever required the development of a carefully considered construction sequence in order to manage structural deflection. Due to steep slope of the site, we designed retaining walls with height up to 9m in order to stabilise the soil of the upper levels of the site and the huge swimming pool. All structural retaining walls are exposed. Because of this form, geometric proportion and finish are paramount.
