CivilPro has been engaged by Prime Property to carry out the design of multi-storey residential apartment in urban Germasogeia area. This is an elite gated contemporary development which consists of luxurious spacious apartments and penthouses with sophisticated design complimented with high standards. The development consists of 5 two bedroom and 2 three bedroom apartments as well as 2 penthouses of three and four bedrooms. The penthouses luxuriate in panoramic city views accompanied with their own private roof terraces and private pools. The challenge on this project was the effect of the horizontal and vertical earthquake acceleration on the water surface angle of Roof-top swimming pools. Rooftop swimming pool was designed to prevent casualties caused by water movement during earthquake.
